ANDREW BARGERY

Andrew Bargery is the Business Development Manager at Skyhawk Rentals and an Affiliate Broker with Wendell Alexander Realty. Originally from Ridgely, TN and now based in Troy, Andrew brings strong local insight and a results-driven approach to property management and real estate.

He oversees leasing operations, owner relations, and business growth across multiple portfolios, including University Commons and The Nest. Andrew is known for his organization, clear communication, and dedication to providing a smooth experience for both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Andrew likes to keep life interesting. He enjoys traveling, taking spontaneous trips, and isn’t afraid of a little adventure or risk when it comes to making memories. When he’s home, you can usually find him hanging out with his dog, Henry, who’s proudly the center of his downtime.

Andrew holds an associate’s degree in Health Sciences from Dyersburg State Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with a minor in Psychology from The University of Tennessee.
