cINDY FERGUSON

 Cindy Ferguson is an Account Specialist I for Skyhawk Rentals in Martin, Tennessee. 

She was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana and moved to South Fulton, Tennessee in 1979.  Cindy has been married for 33 years to her husband Scott Ferguson.  They have 2 grown children Daniel and Tyler as well as 5 grandchildren (which she adores)!  She is very involved with her church family at Parkway Church of Christ.  Her favorite place to be is the beach!! 

She was in management for home health 15 years before changing to a property management career in 2013.  Cindy has 12 years experience in property management which includes knowledge of the LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program), Section  8 Housing as well as Conventional properties which makes her a great asset to Skyhawk Rentals.
