LILY CHEATHAM

Lily Cheatham is an Account Specialist I at Skyhawk Rentals, where she plays an active role in supporting residents and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from the moment they connect with the office. A proud 2025 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, Lily holds a degree in Business Management, giving her a strong foundation in organizational processes, communication, and customer service. She brings a dependable, detail-oriented work ethic to the team, always striving to go the extra mile for residents and her coworkers. Whether she’s assisting with accounts, answering questions, or helping someone navigate the move-in process, she approaches each task with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

Originally from just outside Lake County, Lily grew up in a close-knit family that shaped her values of respect, responsibility, and treating people with kindness. Those roots influence how she shows up every day — steady, compassionate, and always willing to lend a hand. She enjoys getting to know the people she serves and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of Skyhawk Rentals, Lily loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s happiest when she’s outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and she appreciates any chance to unwind in nature. Lily also enjoys spending time with her puppy, Barry, who keeps her busy, entertained, and always on her toes. Whether they’re out exploring or relaxing at home, Barry adds a lot of joy to her everyday life.

Lily is excited to be part of the Skyhawk Rentals team and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Martin community while continuing to grow professionally and personally.
